Join us as we explore fun and delicious ways to bring herbal medicine out of the books and onto our plates. Each class will focus on a different kitchen remedy – sauces, vinegars, and cordials. We’ll discuss the particular benefits of each while highlighting herbs and ingredients that make for especially effective blends.
Before creating your individual mixture, we’ll engage in a guided body conversation. This practice allows our cells, organs, and body tissue to participate in the medicine-making process, ensuring a unique preparation made for you by you. After each class, you’ll bring home an herbal remedy to add to your pantry, making your meals extra nourishing and extra tasty. |
